Stony Point workshop for zoning change

I was with my daughter yesterday getting gas and we decided to snoop around HM. Very nice! I see a few RO's here have their boats together, that makes it more fun!
 
Chris what time were you there? I was up there yesterday and went out for a bit but did not see you.....
 
Of course, we are on the "Executive Dock" which includes concierge service, meals delivered to the boat and free transient docking at all other marinas in the Northeast. Free indoor, heated, winter storage.

We are on the top floor, Hank, with exclusive access to the star gazing roof deck.
 
Changed my oil today. Eighty five hours for the season. It won't be long before the pink stuff makes it's appearance.
 
I went to Walmart this evening to buy pink stuff but they only had 6 gallons. This said anyone who needs oil they are the place to go much less then I paid and they had everything in would have needed in stock for about a 1/3 less then I paid.
 
Pink was $3.49 I can't remember if the oil was $12.95 or $13.95

We all have the same boat and pay the same price and I have 3 boats at the marina. I enjoy the marina, pool,restaurant, people and the best part, plenty of deep water.

And a LONG walk to your boat, hauling by Oct 15th or you pay the daily transient rate, parking filled with drunks on the weekend, marina "parties" that exclude kids, surcharge on electric you use...
