Sturgeon in San Pablo Bay

Probably due to the fishing regs which make large or small sturgeon not legal to keep. I don't know the rules for this year, but the restricted size limits have been in effect for many years in order to give sturgeon a better chance of survival. Is it working?
 
nope - they say fish count is gradually decreasing with this year being an anomally
