In my mail today was a $10.00 refund check from the NYSDEC for my salt water fishing license. I heard they eliminated it but because NY state is so broke I didn't expect a refund. Now I can pay my school taxes due in september.

I'm surprised they didn't keep it and give it to a food stamp recipient who is paying their fair share so they can buy lottery tickets.
