I'm looking to buy a Nautica 12 foot RIB with a 40 horse 4 stroke Yamaha, from a guy in VB, VA, and have it shipped to me. It's just a little RIB, and is only a year old. Should I still get it surveyed? If so, could someone advise me as to how to find a surveyor there?
