Anyone know a good surveyor in Holland MI?
I want them to survey a 31 Tiara.

Go to www.marinesurvey.org and look at the roster for MI.

Gary Shorrel SAMS SA (Wisconsin)

Several years ago I used Phil Hallisy. Seemed to do a pretty good job. NAMS certified. 269-857-2879. I am jelous of the boat. Good luck.

If you want the most survey for the money with every little detail in the world, use Steve Dake. I can post his number if interested. He did two boats and found every single little item imaginable. Your seller may not be happy when he gets done

T28guy,
Thanks, yes I wouldl ike his number. I'm not doing this for a loan or insurance, but I want a
good surveyor that will help me make a good decision and protect me from a bad investment.
This is serious money for me and would not want to just throw it away.

Does anyone know how to check a boat to see if there are any liens against it?
Too bad there are no title agencies for boats.

Maybe its a documented boat ( coast guard title of sorts )

Mike, since you are looking for a surveyer I assume you have seen the boat, if not and you want me to take a quick peek so you don't waste your time. i will. I work in holland

RGY,

A big thanks for the offer. You are quite generous to offer that.
The deal on the boat fell through. The owner RAISED the price after I accepted his counter offer.
He thinks the price was too low!
I don't do business with people like that.

no problem. as you probably know tiara's are built here so there are quite a few around and some for sale. any particular year range you are looking for. I do not sell boats but i will keep an eye out for FSBO's in the local area and let you know about them if you would like.

rgy,
I'm looking for a 2002 to 2004 31' would like a Generator,hardtop, bait station and a blue hull.

Those are the Items on my wish list.

Thanks for keeping your Eye out for me.
