It was like Christmas last night. I got home from work, the kids were playing outside, my wife wanted to fire up the grill, and a friend stopped by on his bike. It was nearly 70 degrees outside.

I said nothing. I went into house, put on some shorts, came out into the garage, grabbed my blade, and removed the wrap!

I snapped the canvas on and realized I need to buy a snap tool as there are a lot of snaps missing on the canvas and a few on the carpets (my first season with this boat - I bought it in December). The canvas nees a good cleaning too, but now that the wrap is off I can get that stuff done!

I'm following your lead....this weekend. Just in time for the canvas folks to measure up new eisenglass. Let the fun (and spending) begin!

Nice, Still under my tarp here, but I have been on it and started ordering parts. Spent most of the nice weekedn working around the house but boat time is coming.

When it hit 70 on Saturday, I just couldn't resist and off came the cover, the under cover and the frame. Next weekend it will be in the 40s, so I will be relagatd to interior work with the kerosene heater cranked up. Hopefully, today's rain cleaned off some of the dirt.

Hopefully the mechinic can get cranking on replacing the engines before it hits 70 again. Not much else to do except compound and wax, bottom paint, have props refinished, replace anchor rode, replace carpet in salon and aft deck. I spoke to Mother Nature and she said New England is over due for a great summer.

It's finally good to hear from someone with an IN to Mother nature herself! We'll be looking for those warmer temps this year. Tell her we said hello!

:D
