For the first time since the hurricane, I saw the Long Beach railroad bridge in the up position. Progress.
For those who don't know, this bridge was stuck down after the hurricane. It is so low that only the lowest boats can get under. The rest either get an opening or run from Debs inlet to Jones on the outside. I could not make it under at low tide.
