Sacramento News 10 is doing a "in depth" report about California water with a focus on the delta. the first part aired on the 6PM news tonight, with more to follow at 11PM. I really have not done my homework on this but from the introduction piece I have the feeling that News10 strongly supports moving a LOT of water from the Delta and are trying to influence the public.
