Hello all
Let me try to do this without sounding to naive or just plain simple.
Wife and I live in Central Florida and we are considering the leap to a live aboard. We would most likely like to be on the east coast somewhere between Port Canveral and New Smyrna Beach
So. Looking,surfing,looking, surfing, we seem to be leaning towards a trawler such as a Jefferson or President. (although there are certainly more to choose from) About 38-42 foot in length. Probably in the 1984-1988 years as they seem to be in the price range we would like to stay in (125K-150)
Wife works full time and I am out after some pretty serious back problems (that in itself should stop me, but I got itch)
I would appreciate any thoughts, comments, websites or cures from anybody who has lived through this, either happily or unhappily
