This was too easy

My cabin stereo went bad so Silverton sent me a new one in three days. It wasn't the exact model so I brought all my tools Including a skill saw. The new one not only fit in the existing hole but also the wires plugged right in. Total labor time was three minutes. This can only mean my boat is going to sink tonight.

Sometimes you get lucky!

Took you 3 minutes to swap a radio took me and hour to pump out nothing like state of the art pump outs. I almost missed my dinner plans.

I had the same experience. I replaced my SONY with another SONY on my Silverton and the wiring harness was the same...plug and play.

I replaced my stereo last spring. Everything was different, even the cables to the remotes. Wicked PITA, but the sound improvement was worth it. I can now surf through my ipod at the helm remote.

True story - just happened.
Three head light fixture in downstairs bathroom, one bulb went out.
Bulb would not come out of socket, socket turned in fixture...long story but now i have to find a fixture with a larger base to cover the damage to the drywall from removing the entire fixture.

I was going number one, looked up notice bulb was out and tried to unscrew with my free hand to see wattage.
Now you have to use the toilet with the door open to see anything - and no I am not polish.

Must have been really full. You shouldn't wait that long before pumping out.

It was near empty I added some water to flush it out. I wish I could say that the pump out sucks but it doesn't or I would have finished a lot sooner.
