Thoughts on Greenwich/Cos Cob CT marinas?

Looking to overnight in Greenwich, CT. The marina at the Delamar looks like it would be perfect but reviews on AC seem to indicate they're not accommodating to boats under 100'. Have you stayed there or know someone who has?

What about Beacon Point Marina in Cos Cob? I'd have to lift the RR bridge (no big deal) but is it a decent place to stay so close to the 95 overpass? Proximity to town not important. Just want a pleasant place in that area to overnight dockside.

Beacon Point is okay... easy in and out and the folks there are accommodating. I-95 noise is an issue and makes sitting outside a little unpleasant. If it's just for an overnight at this time of year, it probably won't make much difference.
