I have an old Volvo DP 290.В I noticed the tilt gear track that is attached to the steering hub is very loose.В Obviously one end is easily accessible from behind the boat and I assume can be tightened.В Is there a way to get to the other end of the track the gear is on?В Should I use some type of loc-tite or something to prevent this from loosening again?
