Don't worry---I will!!! I just don't travel much any more. Going to my daughter's near Granite Bay is about as far as I get out. Now if the gas prices stay down, that might change.
 
OK, I'm not on the delta, but both lakes and rivers at my homes end up there! (Shasta and Oroville)

We have never met but I think you are the best friend and advocate for the the delta since Hal. I hope to keep hearing from you for years to come no matter where you hang your hat. Keep up the good work.

Thank you all for such warmhearted comments! I don't compare to Hal in way, but I do share his love for the place. I've read everything I could find that he has written! I'm a big fan to this day.
