Great Pics, Tang!!! You've brought back some good memories . . ..

Good shots and that's a well chilled cat.

Nice shots , looks kinda empty on the canal and lock pictures though, guess it's a slow season up there too.

Thanks, we like looking at other boating places.

Nice pics!

When you go through the locks, do you have to pay a fee? What's the process to move into them? Just radio on up, place the fenders out, and on up you go?

Doug

There is a fee for the locks. As far as going thru them, sometimes they are open waiting for you, there are lights - green = enter, red = wait.

Sometimes you have to radio them, but they are usually looking out for you.

Thanks for the info. What do they charge you?

Doug

Go to NYS-CANALS . com , for info. different fees for size or for 2, 10, or season passes . Site has all the info. + more.

Gary, Nice pics, We were up by your marina sunday and we didn't see you in the bay. Maybe next weekend .... Wayne... [:-pirate]

I don't know yet where we'll be headeing this weekend. I originally was thinking of taking a ride to Phoenix but there's really not much there. Maybe a cruise up to Fulton or Oswego. Wanna go?

Man, who was that idiot in front of the gas grill....err....never mind :) !!!

Looking at those pics, my boat sure looks worn out from behind. I'd better get cracking on my next
project replacing that cabin bulkhead. And one of these days I have to get the new name on the boat...

My son Jonathan is going to love that picture of Andi (the cat) - he still talks about them!!!

Thanks for posting the pics...

Geez Pete.....you're just now getting around to looking at em?
What the heck have you been doing? You can't be THAT busy at work.....can you?

Thinking of going back up to Kingston on the 20 for one night. Any recomendations for a marina other than the Municipal Dock?

If you have a dink, try the Rondout Yacht Basin. 845-331-7061

was on the books for this weekend at the town docks, but looks to be a bust.

Sorry to hear that - the Rondout is a great place!!!

I've been away awhile - we spent most of one week on the Rondout (our home base) and then
another in Lake George/Lake Champlain on the Glastron. I'll post some pics when I get
a chance...
