The California Department of Water Resources is beginning to list some of the comments made regarding the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the South Delta Improvemant Project (SDIP).

The US Environmental Protection Agency thinks maybe DWR ought to do some science before saying SDIP is good for the Delta and California [:-splat]: http://sdip.water.ca.gov/public_outreach/submit_comments/sdip_eis_eir_comments/00218.pdf
I know many members of this forum sent comments to DWR regarding this issue (see the Delta Dam Proposal thread on this forum.) Eventually DWR will post all comments.
