I have no need for my macerator and overboard pump out. I will be boating inland for the next 20 years. I have already removed the plumbing but now have a hose just standing above waterline for saftey.

I would like to remove the seacock. Is there a block plate or some such thing that could be used without doing glass work ?

I don't believe the thing can be removed without some type of glass work. Depending on the type of seacock, you might just be able to cap it with a pipe nipple and end cap.

I agree with David, just cap it. The next owner might want to use it.
