Hi, I previously posted about a disappointing experience with Hidden Harbor Marina in Pompano Beach.
Well, today Thomas called and apologized for thier lack of response and his genuine desire to make good on their mistake. I'm taking the boat back there on Wednesday and he's going to re-coat all the underwater gear at his expense. He didn't deny responsibility, didn't make excuses, simply said they screwed up and wanted to make it right.
I'm messed up in my life a time or two (thousand) and appreciate it when a service provider steps up to the plate after an unfortunate experience to make it right.
Just thought I owed it to Hidden Harbor to post this report as I had the previous.
