I have the raritan sea era head, when I flush the water in the bottom of the bowl splashes up and out. Is there a rebuild kit? If not, any other suggestions to remedy this situation?

I have the same head. The most likely problem is something attached to the "blade" in the bottom. Despite the big sign I posted, a guest tried flushing a tampon. I had to remove the string with needle nosed plyers and a fork! [:-banghead], lucky for me, it was rinsed out pretty well .....[:-bigeyes2]

I too have the same head and every once in a while, it'll splash back up as well. Debris such as paper not completely passed through and on the blades will cause this. I just keep a small plunger handy and when the bowl starts to fill with water, start plungin'. Unless like CPSS said, having to get out the pick tools, this may work.

It did start happening after some young ladies were on the boat, I've unraveled them before, looks like I might have to do it again.

Yeeeck!

Well, took the head apart this weekend, and -> VOILA, there was the offending feminine hygiene product!

I removed it and put the head back together, it is working fine once again.
