my 5.7 volvos with duoprops "clunks" when i shift gears from neutral to forward, forward to neutral, and neutral to reverse and reverse to neutral. I know mercs are known to make this clunking noise when shifting.
As well, the throttle shifters seem pretty stiff when it comes to throttle back to neutral..like the shift cables just do not want it to go in neutral.
Any thoughts from those that have a clue about mechanical stuff??
