Looking for any information...

We are traveling in our Carver from Baltimore to Miami, in the time frame of April or May 2010. Best Marinas to visit or towns?

ActiveCaptain will be a good spource of info, as wil the various books; Managing the Waterway, Skipper Bob's marinas along the ICW, etc. Lots of info out there. Usually good stuff here as well; particularly from tha guys who transit the ICW on a regular basis.

you're heading south at the beginning of hurricane season (june)? that's unusual :)

Annapolis, Solomons, Coinjock, Oriental (Oriental Marina), beaufort NC, Southport, Bucksport, McClelanville, Charleston, Beaufort SC, Savannah (river St. Market dock), golden Isle Marina (great restaurant), Jekyll, Fernandina Beach, St augustine (municipal), Cocoa Beach (Cocoa Beach village marina), West Palm.

Geogetown is supposed to be be nice but i've never stopped there.

normally best prices for fuel: Portsmouth Boating Center, Jarret Bay (beaufort), Osprey (south Myrtle), McClelanville, charleston municipal. but call aehad, prices can vary by as much at 0.50

active Captain, indeed... and Saltys' for waterway updates.
