The Waeco freezer on my 42 Sundancer works well when plugged into shore power but warms all the way to 0C when on DC. Compressor is a Danfoss D35F 101Z 0200 with controller 101N0220. Test light flashes 2X suggesting fan overload but I have replaced fan already. Solar keeps house voltage well up in 13V range and voltage as tested at freezer is same. As soon as 120V applied test light clear and freezer returns to -12 to -15C. Any thoughts or advice appreciated.

When my very old little Norcold would only work on AC shore power, it turned out a factory installed fuse on the DC power board at the back of the fridge had blown. Worked again on both AC & DC after new fuse was installed. As I recall, the fuse was not on the wiring diagram, -not sure about that.
Just something to consider. Sometimes it really is the simple things.

Thanks Sandy. The freezer does work, just not very well on DC. I believe ccompressor is being shut off by the controller outside of the thermostat control settings. The 2 flashes has me baffled as there is not a fan overload situation. I will certainly recheck for missed fuses.
