Wanted 7.4 Mercruiser heat exchanger

I am looking for a old rotten or busted heat exchanger for a 7.4 mercruiser, I need to cut a fitting off of it to repair mine where I dropper it a crushed the hose fitting that goes to the exhaust.

Pick up brass tube at your hardware store and solder an appropriate length. Just gotta learn to think outside the box when working on boats.

Its a short 90 degree 1 inch and I havent found anything that will work yet.

Rummaging around in my garage, I found a copper 90*, perfect for what you wanted. Had a 39 cent price tag...probably cost 10 times that now.
