Anyone going?
Leaving tommorrow.
Looks like a nice stretch of weather coming up.

I'm in D3, been there since last Wednesday. Been sort of an odd week there, many different boats in and out of the marina, most of which I've never seen there before. Wonder if this is part of the Davis effect....

Thinking to be at Flynns tommorrow and then head to WH on Friday, how are the mosquitoes?

Yes how are the mosquitoes and slip availability coming in Thursday night on A dock?

A full moon in late August creates the highest water level in the marsh/bay. The mosquito eggs then hatch, this weekend will be the most amount of mosquitoes that we have seen all summer. Paul, the retired supervisor of the park rangers, would schedule his vacation around the moon cycle every summer. Hopefully, there is a strong breeze at night.

I couldn't get in. D dock was full. So I enacted plan b and I am at my secret spot. Plan to spend weekend here.
Have a happy labor day everyone!

Is your secret spot......Timber Point Marina ???. That was our " secret spot ".. :)

If I tell you that it's not a secret!

When you lived in Copaigue my secret spot was to raft up to your boat and plug in to your electric.
You never did catch me!

Have a good time
Walter

We'll be at Nickerson Beach starting tomorrow......thats our secret spot this year.

Guy here said bugs at watch hill are the worst ever. So maybe it's a blessing I didn't get in. No bugs here.
I think they need to find oter methods to kill mosquitos.
I hear Babylon has had good success with planting dragon flys.
Bats work too.

Issue with the magnets is no one liked cleaning them. Need more natural methods.
