Water in Sub Zero

Getting a lot of water in sub zero fridge. Assume it is condensation. Soak a paper towel per day. Think this is from bad seal or is there anything else that could cause this before I order a new seal? Thanks.

You can test the deal wit a piece of paper. Close the door on the paper and see if it grabs on the paper

If it's a self defrosting model, the drain line from the evaporator coil may be clogged. This is the usual culprit for water at the bottom of the fridge box. A tube from the evaporator coil leads down to the condenser/compressor area into a pan to evaporate the water formed during the defrost cycle.

contact sub zero customer service with your model # and ask them directly. many of the sub zero ref's have a vacuum cycle after the door is closed to purge the warm air, if yours does there may be more going on.
