Since I got my boat back from winterization/storage/springization I noticed water collecting in the bilge. It was clean, clear water so I assumed that since we had a lot of rain, I might have a clogged drain on the flybridge or something.
When I next went to the boat, I brought one of the kids to help see if I could track it down. Before doing that, we turned on the water pump just to wash something in the sink.
When I climbed down into the bilge it looks like I sprung a leak by the water heater. When the water pump is pressurizing the system, I got a spray of water from one of the connections.
The connection is a little strange (to me). Any ideas of how to repair it? The boat is Italian if that makes any difference.

Here is the pipe - maybe 1/2 inch diameter pvc with a metal piece stuck in the end.
Here are the pieces that connected it, I think the ring on the right (now broken) might have been somehow attached to the pipe:
