water pump change out

LAST WEEKEND I DISCOVERED MY WATER PUMP WAS NOT WORKING.THE PUMP IS A FLOWJET 4405 3.2 GPM 35PSI CUTOFF. MY NEIGHOR ON THE DOCK HAS A NEW PUMP IT IS A 3.5GMP WITH A 45PSI CUTOFF WILL THE ADDITIONAL PRESSURE CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS ?

If your plumbing can withstand the additional pressure, I don't see any problem. Also, check the amperage requirement for the newer pump; you may have to upgrade the wiring and/or the fusing.

By the way, when you post, please turn off the caps - in internet lingo, it means that you're shouting. Also makes it difficult to read.

Amps are the same so should be ok there
