I keep hearing about this stuff becoming waterlogged. In addition to the extra weight involved and the likelihood of rot, it has lost it's intended purpose; keeping a swamped boat from sinking. Is there a formulation that does not waterlog at all? Or are some formulas better than others, assuming all meet CG requirements? Thanks.
