We've decided to get rid of all land based real estate and moving full time to water.

Just picked up our new home and here it is on it's way to our marina.

Was that the old house that was over at Willow cove? If it is I remember when Wayne brought it in. There was a crowd around that thing for weeks as peaple just sat and stared.

Hey ya think Bob would be safer in that than a bow rider going to Block Island?
 
Geo he'd have room for a washer and dryer.
 
Is it true, the Mother in law's room is in the basement?
 
That is the house that was built year ago by the members of the old haverstraw marina that turned private 2 years ago

DUH. That rig is so much more top heavy than my bow rider, it would certainly roll over in 2 foot waves. AND, it probably doesn't even have trim tabs. Oh, and there's no way to raise the bow like on my bowrider by trimming the outdrive.

What marina was that Russ, I dont recall any other Haverstraw Marina?
