I am in the process of getting my boat bottom painted and at the same time the out-drive, the boat yard noticed that the paint on the lower bottom of lower unit of the out-drive was gone he said that it looks like blow by. I also saw some paint chipping away on the upper unit as well. What did he mean by that? Moreover, can that be the cause?
