whats the fastest way to get prop shafts - ideas

I need new shafts and the local machine shop is taking way too long.. say 10 days just to order the stock for a 36' mariner.. seems way too long.. I need them in a day or so ? Any ideas ?

Find a prop shop who can make shafts as well. Your shafts are probably 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" diameter.

It's always takes longer when you need something fast.

Isn't that one of Moore's laws? The faster you need something, the longer it takes!
