Any insight as to what is going on with this company? I see they sell your products, but, no email responses, phone voicemail is not taking calls etc. Do they still sell Raritan products as advertised online?

Also, I have an order outstanding (with a different company) for the Elegance Head. apparently they are on back-order though. Supposed to ship tomorrow.

Hi Tom,

If I had to guess, I'd say the Seacoast Services crew is out of town at either the Norwalk (CT) boat show or the IBEX Show, in Louisville, KY. They are a small operation, and almost always are stretched pretty thin. But as far as I know, they're still actively in business. I know George personally and he isn't anywhere near old enough to retire; I used to hook up with him every year at the Norwalk Show (mid-September, don't know exact dates), so I know he works it every year. Raritan stopped doing that show, so I don't get to see him there any more. Also, the IBEX Show has been going on all this week, in Louisville, and there's a pretty good chance he's there. George has always been pretty slow in returning calls and answering e-mails, but I'd wait another week and then try contacting him after all the shows are over. You'll have a better chance of getting ahold of him then.

Raritan's production is back-ordered about 3 days at the moment, which oftentimes translates to a week or more through one of our distributors.
 
The Norwalk boat show as last weekend and the weekend before that.
 
Off topic; Walter did I see you in the Paladino video on the news? Seriously one of the bodyguards looked just like you.
