I spend more time fixing things than boating on my 1987 Cruisers Inc. 24' Holiday.

I had the panel flipped down to give me access to the back of the instrument panel. The Formica covered wall of the bathroom that holds the hinges for the panel was delaminated where the panel cutout is.

Lots of mildew spots on cabin headliner, fogged gauges needing replacement and a rear seat that needs to be made, drivers seat needs reupholstering.

Thinking there will be more and more rotted plywood as I look into various sections of the boat.

Maybe it's time to let it go and move up to a mid 2000 year boat.

Don't mind working on my boat, but this is getting to be too much with no end in sight.

Sounds like it doesn't owe you nayhting at this point. Any money put into it will be a waste IMHO. Bail while you can.

Agree with Robyn's Nest. No matter how much time and money you put into it, it simply isn't worth much. Price it cheap and say goodbye.
