When is the boat going in?

So when are people planning on launching for the season?

Yes, I know it is snowing out and we still have 6" of ice in the bay, but it getting close.

We plan to be in April 15th, the day the put the docks in, and are preparing the boat now.

Let the countdown begin!
 
I went to the boat yesterday. There are still ice fishing in the bay.

That said, the marina swears the Docks will be in April 1st...
 
Since I never came out I am already in the water, but April 1 is booked for removing the cover.
All my canvas went out this winter for new window panels in 40 mil double polished.
Can't wait to fire up the diesels.
 
Soon as the insurance lay up period ends on April 15th, weather permitting.
 
End of April...before Cear Point Amusement Park opens...we like to be there for opening day.
 
Well, the boat splashed on Tuesday.

Horrible weather since.

30mph winds, and snowing right now.

So much for being first in at the marina, and that is after we delayed the launch for 2 weeks till it "got warmer".

I was supposed to launch my pwc and ride next week to Oswego.

Not going to happen, but at least we are afloat!

I'm in!! The weather has been so bad it has been tough getting all the prep work done but I made it. This is my 6th time tangling from the crane and I guess it is getting easier to watch:)
