Couple of weekends ago BEFORE boat was in the water, and BEFORE any de-winterizing work had been done....noticed some smelly standing water in the mid-bilge. It's right underneath the holding tank, so because it's "sectioned-off" around the tank, the water did not make it to a bilge pump......not that it would have done a lot of good when everything was shut off over the winter!
Any thoughts as to where the heck this water came from? When we left the boat in the fall, it wasn't there......boat was winterized by the marina and also shrink wrapped.
Don't even get me started on the fact that the marina guys were down in there last week to de-winterize the AC (assume they had to open the thru-hull)....no one said a thing to us about all this water.
If the boat had been in the water, I would have suspected the AC thru-hull had a leak. But the boat was out of the water, presumably drained.
Any thoughts?
