Hanging out on the boat and no one is around. It's a balmy 45 degrees. The season is wasting away. I don't get it.

I was on my boat all afternoon, it actually was warm in the cockpit.

Not a lot of people working on their boats at SPBM either. Most of them are still covered. The cold weather is making people not in the mood I guess. Saturday was nice though. I got 5 stripers over by Croton.. Today it was much too cold for me to do anything down there. Probably won't be much activity over Easter weekend either.

Probably too cold to post here also. Nobody is.

LOL, that could explain the lack of posts!

Being it's much warmer now, here I am. Took the day off tomorrow (my dad's birthday, too emotional) will be working on the boat. Launch next week!

12 nights on board so far. Should hit 22-25 for the first month of the season!

Hogan will be in the water this afternoon.

Opening up Robyns Nest tomorrow.

I have a long list. Cut off the shrink wrap and wash it.

Waxed 1/2 the boat yesterday, got tired so I was going to wash out the water tank, turn on the water pun I hear a leak, to make long story short I had a leak in 3 different places, fitting on the hot water tank, ice maker and the sprayer in the sink cracked open. Probably all because if the cold. Launch will be next week.

I went in last Monday I have been to the boat at least four times since then but have not sleep there yet. All systems have been commissioned and working I still have some routine maintenance to preform and today I will reinstall my dash panel. Thursday weather permitting I will have the upholstery installed and then I will be ready to enjoy the season:)

Allen, check your water heater, if you froze in 3 other places, there may very well have been water that froze in the tank itself and cracked it. If so, I'll give you the name of the place where I got mine last year for a very good price.

Thanks Hogan, will do. I am still running the water to refresh the tank, so far so good. Will let you know if anything...

Today goes on the books as the worst day I ever opted to leave the dock in the Hudson River. It was like the perfect storm out there I had an appointment to have my upholstery installed and was committed to going to Ossining I really had to think long and hard about leaving the dock but I was thinking it would lay down during the day but it only seemed to get worse! I'm just glad to have made it home safely! The seats looks great but it wouldn't have mattered much if I had destroyed the boat!

35,000 feet above land at the moment and the winds aren't great up here either . A little more room to work with though, Glad I'm not the captain right now.

The Trade Winds are blowing pretty good here today. Heard somebody decided to go for a ride and lost control and slammed another boat. Can't imagine going out for a pleasure cruise today.

We can't catch a break and get two nice days on a weekend... I packed up and came home around noon. No reason to stay on the boat with that wind and clouds.

Much to windy and cloudy to fish or do anything at SPBM so I stayed home and worked on doing over my second floor bathroom. When the weather gets pleasant I won't want to work on it that's for sure.
