Besides West Marine, Marine Mate, and Karl Tank, are there any other local shops to buy Mercruiser engine parts? (IAC, pressure sensors, etc)?

By local I mean relatively close to the Lindenhurst/Babylon area.

I know I can order via Amazon as well.

Thanks all!

Ed

Some of those things, like an IAC, Sender, spark plugs, etc., can be purchased at an auto parts store. Same with many hard internal engine parts like bearings, pushrods, lifters, etc..
Things that are marine specific like alternators, etc., are usually only available at places like you mentioned or online.

Lighthouse Marine in Riverhead, not local, but an awesome place with internet pricing.

Don’t forget that Westmarine will price match now. Even on internet pricing.

I second lighthouse. Well worth the drive especially post labor day. A very seasoned and knowledgable staff.

Fred Chall Marine supply in Freeport. Seem to always have parts in stock. They go out of there way to help you.

RPM Marine on Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst for Mercruiser. The parts counter guy really knows his stuff, and the prices are about the same as I find on the web. Give them a try. I found them a few years ago when Marine Mate referred me there. Been back numerous times.
