I am looking for a rebuilt Rochester carb to fit a 1985 - 5.0L Crusader. Anyone know of a reliable source?

I've never used them but you might check Marinecarburetors ( Flying Fish Carburetors) and Nationalcarburetors . They may be the biggest rebuilt outfits.

You may want to consider a Holley marine spread bore as well.

The sites mention above for a Rochester. Otherwise, I would recommend the Edelbrock 1409. I replaced my Quads with them... and wondered why I didn't do it years ago. JMO.
Good luck.

I had terrible luck with National Carb a few years back. They have a great guarantee, but who wants to keep pulling carbs off and shipping them to Florida?
After repowering a few years back, I held on to a real marine Quadrajet that I had rebuilt locally about two weeks before I decided to repower. It's still wrapped up in a box in my garage attic.
Where are you located? Maybe we can work something out if your close.
If you want new, I would consider the Edelbrocks as previously mentioned. My new motors came wth them, and I like them a lot.

Get it rebuilt by Tredwell Carb in Tredwell NY. There is more to rebuilding a carb (in many cases) that throwing on a rebuilt kit. I have had them rebuild one for my boat and one for my snowcat. Small shop personal service.
