Anyone here on the forums have one of these? Specifically, the 3 stateroom version. Comments? How do you like it? Good ventilation in all staterooms? Likes/dislikes?

Some of those Diesel Express Bridge Sea Ray's have 2 problems-
1. Caterpillar engines of certain years had major problems.
2. Cored Hulls had water intrusion & SeaRay made VERY POOR repairs and or repair recommendations not supported by the vast majority of surveyors. Be very careful & check with the Sea Ray Owners of these boats. Hull repairs can run high 5 to low 6 figures on a boat this size? By now hopefully the major problems were either repaired or replaced?

Why do so many sea rays with cored hulls seem to have so many problems? I didn't realize the 44/45 EB had the same issues.

Wood,

Obviously you are in the search mode. Don't rule out the 39 or 47 Mainship (they do tend to roll at rest) or the 40 Carver Santego. Both are like the 45 Express Bridge.

Personally, I love the 39 Mainship. Figure out how to economically reduce the roll and you are there. The Santego is WAY ahead of its time. One level, but only 2 staterooms.

Good luck.
