And let all the dam heat out. My god, it wasn't this cold in Jan. and Feb. Hey, Al Gore, you can take your global warming theory and stick it where the sun doesn't shine. At least this cold snap isn't going to stick around too long. By the weekend it'll feel like a heat wave at 40 degrees. Till then, bundle up.
 
Just imagine if ur boat was in the water with all that wind.....

The big lake on Merrick Rd. nearby had more whitecaps than I've seen on the bay somedays!!!
 
Ill share this u guys but i didnt tell the wife.

I have a fish pond outside. Its half above ground. I leaned on the ledge to place some flat stones on the waterfall to direct more water to the middle of the falls as it was starting to ice up. Well I thought the ledge was wet Not frozen...... I was wrong.. I slid right into the pond....

Whoever left the door open must have opened the drain plug in the bay too. The tide is extremely low right now with all that north wind we had. I have a sandbar on one end of my dock.

And now somebody opened the sunroof....all the water/snow is coming in too....WTF
 
The door is closed, the plug is back in and the sunroof....heck leave it open....It's sunny outside and the temps are going into the 50's......maybe time to take off the shrink wrap!!!!!!
 
It's freaking 25, freaking degrees, up here this morning. They just put the docks in at RYB but no one is moving because we're all frozen.
 
Ice on pool cover this morning!
Glad I didn't shoot for a early launch.
Still too cold to bottom paint!
