who makes Seaworthy Marine CD/radio

Purchased on Xmas 2004 for my Dad - cant remove it easily from boat because it is mounted behind a steering wheel (good one bayliner) so it stays 24x7 on the boat. It is supposedly a marine radio yet after 1.5 seasons of Florida sun it died. They put a thin plastic film over the top of the radio and call it marine. It's full of rust and green soldering points now.

At the very least I'd like to send a nastygram to someone.
