Though not entirely an expert, the wings at the cafe at the Rondout YB cafe were pretty darn good tonight.

The answer to my question is yes, Mark took over. He worked there last year and is running the cafe this year. He is a great guy, good with kids, awesome cook and young entrepreneur with big ideas.

Yep. He's a good guy with a little one. Tried the chicken sandwich for the second time - that too was darn good!
