I do it all myself. It's very easy and saves me a boatload of money.
 
I second the Do-it-Yourself method. It is a great way to get intimate with your boat. An experienced boater is a joy to be around. They know the answers and are very happy to educate the less informed. We all started somewhere. I joined Boatered for this exact reason 15 yrs ago.
Plus the boat loads of money saved.
 
I also did all my own winterizing. Years ago, I wrote up a procedure that touched "ALL" bases; crossed all the T’s & dotted all the I’s. If I can find it; I’ll post it on site. Sold boat 2 years ago & may have included with sale ??
