So what's up? Is this happening on the Rondout this year?
Would this be next weekend?

It was Labor Day weekend last year. We were anchored west of the RR overpass and quite surprised to see the parade of Christmas decorated boats go by. Neat!

Safe and Happy Boating!

It's scheduled for Sunday night. Snow isn't forecast but it wouldn't surprise me.

We'll be up there for the week-end. We are looking forward to the Hooley and the boat parade! And of course, a good weather forcast!

I hope it goes well... My family and I will be in Lake George enjoying the Adirondack waters. We were among the founders of the Christmas in Sept parade though, back in the '90s, and its always been fun.

Enjoy!!!

We had a great time up on the Roudout this week-end. The boat parade wasn't as big as the last one we saw a couple of years ago, but it was fun none the less.

The Hooley was a blast, but I have to say that my wife and I were more impressed with the local bands playing on the small stage than the bigger bands playing the main stage. In particular, the band "Mac Canna" rocked!
