Yippy.. Summer is back!!!

John
That's what I meant. We were in Blue 109 (Haverstraw) Saturday morning having arrived Fri. evening. The fog has been thick in the morning so we elected to pull in.
Glad to hear there were no calamities! Backing into a piling? Normal.

Ah slip blue 109, I was thinking out on the water and didn't recall any blue buoys!

Dan, were you anchored up in Croton on Sunday? As we were leaving, just after sunset, I looked back and saw a boat that looked like yours, but wasn't sure.

John no we were at TT. We took the dink over to Peirmont on sat. and we went to the Met. Mus. Art on Sunday. Just got back in up in kgn. The river was like glass!
We did intend to anchor out Fri. but the fog has been heavy lately.

Ah heck, forgot you where comming down Dan. We would have bounced over to see you...

No big deal Butch. Like I said we had decided to anchor out that morning and that idea was squelched by the severe fog forcast which we heard right outside Haverstraw. We had no idea we were going to wind up in Haverstraw until 6pm. Deb was not in the mood to continue to TT and dock in the dark. But then neither was I at that point.
We tried to take it slow on the way down but wound up juicing up the speed to even make Haverstraw before dark.
Next time we'll take the whole dang day off.
