Block Island/Montauk trip

I think it was $3.19 at Star Island when I was there in July. My local dock has dropped 10 cents since then so Star Island should be the same or less than it was I would think.

Ok just got here so I will reserve judgement.

A serious cross wind so getting in the slip was a challenge. 6 dockhands sitting on the deck watching one young girl help me tie off without scratching a million dollar boat next to me. WTF.

Breakfast at the pool restuarant is good

The DO NOT get eggs at the snack bar by the game room... THERE NOT EGGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We dont know what that is that there serving ....

Rob, there was an influx of snapping turtles in the marsh areas, so they had a major turtle egg hunt. The people on BI don’t waste anything. [:-sick]
 
Brad, we're at the boat basin so will have to dink over to Champs for that. Maybe just to use their pool. ;)

I guess they all learn their customer service skills in the same place.
