Its either State or Federal tax $$$.....so If you pay you should be able to play BUT .....your talking LONG ISLAND Politics. Its not discrimination its the rules ..... :)
 
Didn't read all responses but gonna add my two cents. Used to be that no matter when I went, as a TOB resident in past years, it was frustrating to get in at any time. Some of the new rules help but overall, it now has that FI "Land of No" feeling. They even sent me a bill at home after the season stating I didn't pay three times. I mailed $500 worth of receipts back to them saying "which days"? Not too happy with it all in all. Used to feel more like a "fancier" Gilgo. Now just seems like rule after rule after rule and none of which are actually posted. Not letting a person in pre-season to chill out is just wrong. Gives the feeling like TOB just doesn't care...because they don't.

and Like i said the palce was empty. it was late on a sunday ... 2 or 3 pm . Maybe even later. The kid turned his back and kept walking. It was pretty rude .

What I don't understand is why don't the boaters who live in the TOH have somewhere like Cedar? Why is it only suffolk?
