Its not a real shot. Thats photoshopped for sure.
 
That is most likely a real shot. I have a very similar shot from 2007. The print I have was taken from almost the same vantage point of this video:

I'm about 99% sure that the print I have was taken on this pass.

If you have the right camera and/or the right film (oldschool), these types of shots are possible.

That is definitely a real shot, no photo shop. I got the same shot on both Thursday and Sunday (wasn't paying attention on Friday). The sun really emphasised the vapors on Thursday. My shots were from about the same angle so I suspect he was west of Alcatraz for those shots.

That's a real shot. No photoshop. My friend took it with a Nikon D200.
