OK fellow boaters, let's see if we can help each other and post the lowest gas/diesel prices each week.

Post here and I'll take care of making sense of it all.

Rob, you must be referring to that stuff that stinks to high heaven and leaves black soot all over your boat...

Hey, if it's good enough for the garbage trucks...

Wait a minute. Hogan making sense of it all??

Hogan - what do you think? Oil futures up, gas?? Bet we go $3.75 by June.

Don told me gas at Bergen Point is 4.29 a gallon

WTF it is not even boating season yet..... gas on land is around 2.97 a gallon.... How could it be more than a buck difference..... normally marine fuel would be 50c more than land.....

This Sucks

Walter

It's only going to get worse!

Hogan,
I guess you were not kidding when you said you were going to Croton and Bowline for vacation. That will still cost you at least $200.00 in fuel back and forth plus running the genny!!!

Todays prices:

Haverstraw Marina: $2.99

Panco: $3.29

Mike watch the prices. I bet Haverstraw goes up to close the gap and squeeze more cheese out of the boaters?

Actually, last year Haverstraw was consistently cheaper than Panco, plus Haverstraw adds vavle-tech to their fuel.

I'm gonna try to gas up there tomorrow.

Bob, I was thinking about the fuel costs, cutting one of the stops was a possibility, but I have decided that I'm going to rig a sail on the boat and sail over.

I hooked up one of the old bikes to the stator so we'll get our electricity and excercise at the same time.
