Half way to Block

No, his real name isn't even Aldo, I believe it is Frank. The food has been very good, between BBQ and restaurants.

Did they move the dock back yet?

No Mike but Warren sure tried to during his last attemp at docking....

We left Block at 9:30AM and had very nice ride to Brewers Pilot Point marina. Great Place, clean, cheap food, nice pool...

Saw a submarine off Valiant Rock. Some idiot in a SeaRay almost ran into me in the middle of BI Sound.

Leaving here tomorrow for Capri, then home on Sunday.

Indeed that place is nice, that's where we bought Freedom. When ever we went to work on the boat we'd stop at the fish place right by the bridge near by. Whale Tale or Fish Tale? I forget. But they had great fish sandwiches. Bill clam place (?) was also good.

The marina did a great bottom job on Freedom there. Interlux barrier coat and ablative paint. It's held up very well for the last 10 years.

Long ride to Port Washington today (5 1/2) hours. Snotty chop all the way to Port Jeff, slowed down to 12MPH to make the ride bearable. Nice, clear visibility the whole way.

From Port Jeff on, it flattened out and the ride was not too bad.

Only a 2 hr ride tomorrow.

Genny has been running like a top the entire trip (20 hrs run time).

I brought exactly enough beer, wine and booze. I'll a couple left for tomorrow when we get back.

Does that mean you are done with the boat for the summer? All finished now?

Hell no, we'll just re-stock and start all over again next weekend.
