If someone wanted to park their car at Haverstraw and meet me on my boat (I am not a member) for the weekend (which would included drinks and dinner at the restaurant possibly), would overnight parking be a problem? Is there a method in place to pay for overnight parking?
I don't want anyone to get towed, etc.
Thanks in advance.

I do not think it would be a problem. The parking lot is huge and there is no security access needed to get into the parking lot since it is shared with the restaurant.

Do you keep your boat at Haverstraw? If so, check with the office as to where guests park.

Thanks for the replies.
I don't keep my boat there but called the office and they said it would be no problem.
Anyway, I'm sure I'll spend enough at the restaurant / bar to justify parking there..:-)

A couple of martinis should do it though. [:-drunk]

A word of caution; If you park to close to the marina entrance you risk damage to your vehicle from the supporters of the tiki bar who attempt to drive after a night of celebration. Park a little farther out, the exercise is good for you and your car.

I'll go for a martini or two. What's wrong with the hamburgers, are they prized possessions too valuable to eat? LOL

Here we go again...Don't get Hogan started again on the damn hamburgers. Drink up!

The rack of lamb was delicious, and the martinis were excellent

You would have to be an idiot to order a hamburger at that high-end restaurant!

[:-thumbu]I hear the Pan Seared Crab Cakes are good.

So, the hamburgers are overpriced I take it.
That aside, are they at least tasty?
